ParentChild+ is a free, evidence-based early learning program for families with young children (16 months–3 years) who may benefit from extra support or are considered high-risk.

A trained Early Learning Specialist visits your home twice a week to model fun, play-based learning using high-quality books and toys — all of which your family keeps.

The program strengthens early language, learning routines, and caregiver–child connection, helping every child enter school confident, prepared, and ready to thrive.
